Regulatory Plans
The FCHR has the power to adopt, promulgate, amend, and rescind rules to effectuate the purposes and policies of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 and the Florida Fair Housing Act and to govern the proceedings of the commission in accordance with chapter 120.
