*These policies and procedures (click on the PDF file for full text) below were adopted by the Commissioners on November 12, 2002. Some of the provisions are still relevant and remain in effect. However, some of them are outdated. A new version of this document will be developed and presented to the Commissioners for their approval and vote at the next regularly scheduled Commission meeting. In the meantime, refer to the Commissioner Guidebook: Commissioner Responsibilities, Accountability and Ethical Considerations for the most current policies and procedures.
