Agency for Persons with Disabilities
Eligibility: Eligible customers include those individuals age 3 and above, diagnosed as having one or more of the following categorical developmental disabilities (onset prior to age 18) which can be reasonably expected to last. They are: Mental Retardation, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Prader-Willi Syndrome and High-risk.
Best Buddies- Tampa Office
Eligibility: An individual is considered to have intellectual disabilities based on the following three criteria: Intellectual functioning level (IQ) is below 70-75; significant limitations exist in two or more adaptive skills areas; and the condition is present from childhood (defined as age 18 or less).
Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
Eligibility: Individual must have a mental, physical, or emotional disability that interferes with employment.
