Children ages birth to 3 years old, regardless of family income, to be delayed in any one area of development 25% or greater and/or have an established condition that may result in a developmental delay

ONLY At the request of law enforcement and/or the Department of Children & Families
Positive Support for Parents In Neighborhoods Program- +SPIN
Must live in the 33610 & 33612 zip codes & must have minor child living in home
USF Advocacy Program
Students, faculty and staff of USF who have experienced crime, violence, or abuse.
