Program Description:
Our mission is to restore hope and dignity and affect positively the quality of life for the families of head injury survivors in our community, minimizing the effects and enabling each to function at the highest level possible, both in the community and their personal life.
Second Chance provides:
- Brain injury rehabilitation services
- Family support services
- Advocacy and referral services
- Public awareness services
All FREE of charge to Bay County residents.
