HUD/DOJ Joint Statement - Reasonable Modifications Under the Federal Fair Housing Act
The U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (DOJ) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released a joint statement on reasonable modifications under the Fair Housing Act. The statement provides technical assistance regarding the rights and obligations of persons with disabilities and housing providers under the Act relating to reasonable modifications.
