Fees

The following most common fees are charged according to 119.07(4)(d):

The fee for an electronic copy on a cd is 5 cents per page
15 cents per one-sided paper copy of no more than 14 inches by 8 ½ inches
20 cents for each two-sided paper copy
The actual cost of duplication for all other paper copies
$1 for a certified copy
Actual shipping costs (for paper copies of 50 pages or more)
Special services fee
- The Commission may charge a special services fee if the nature or volume of public records requested to be inspected or copied require extensive use of information technology resources or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance of our personnel. This cost is reasonable and will be based on the cost incurred for the extensive use of information technology resources or the labor cost of the personnel providing the service.
